What can I expect after placing my order?
- Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Your order is now being processed.
- The email will have your Order Number, which informs you that we have received your order.
- Please allow 12-24 hours for the order to be processed.
- Please note that we will be sending you a text message or call you to confirm your order and your address. Our system may either have trouble in finding your location, or your area may not be covered by our Cash on Delivery system. When this happens, we will notify you right away.
- If Cash on Delivery is NOT available in your area, we suggest you to opt for payment via PayPal or use our Pay & Ship delivery system. You can pay for the products through Cebuana, Palawan, or Bank Deposit. Please send us a copy of the deposit slip to email@example.com with your Order Number. Once processed, we will ship you the product via XEND or LBC and send you a tracking number.
- If Cash on delivery is available in your area, our courier (LBC) will be sending you a message or call you once we get the tracking number. Normally, the courier will message you right a way.
- Please allow 3-7 working days for your package to arrive.
- We are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause. However, we would like to serve you in the best possible way.
- Please contact us through email or facebook if you have not received your order within 7 working days. We will gladly assist you in tracking your package.

Outside Metro Manila 3-7 working days
Please note that there will be no shipping or deliveries on SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS.
