Return and Refund Policy
You may choose to return your products for a full refund minus all shipping fees within 3 days of receiving your order.
If 3 days have gone by since you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the shipping carrier, takes possession of the product delivered, then we are not able to offer you a refund/exchange.
To initiate your return please send us an email at email@example.com with your Order number and the details of the products to be returned. Please mention the reason for the return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, we need:
- Proof of purchase
- The item(s) should have been received within the last 3 days of your return request
- The item(s) must be in an unused condition with the original packaging, containing the invoice and certificates, freebies, or other documents that were sent to you in the package.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- If the item is used, broken, or not in its original condition
- Jewelry items such as bracelets, pendants, necklaces, or others cannot be returned.
- Health and personal care products cannot be returned if opened.
- If you have chosen your piece in person or through any special request for a video or picture, then the return policy doesn’t apply.
- If the item was customized for you or personalized, then the return policy does not apply.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost via return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable shipping/courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned items were received by us in our offices.
